Surrounded by olive trees and lush vegetation, the villa sits on approximately 15,000 sqm of land. At the heart of the ancient olive grove, overlooking a small picturesque valley typical of the Valle d'Itria with olives, figs, carob, and oak trees, lies the pool—a secluded and tranquil spot. The pool measures 3x12 meters and nearby, there is a large lily pond and a terrace with a relaxation area featuring loungers, deck chairs, and a gazebo for shade.
