Legal Basis of Processing This website processes data based on user consent. Purposes of Processing The processing of data collected by the site is aimed at the following purposes:

Automatically recorded data may also include personal data (IP address) that could, in accordance with current laws, be used to block attempts to harm the site itself or other users, or any harmful activities or criminal offenses.   • Statistics (analysis) Collecting data and information in solely aggregated and anonymous form to verify the correct functioning of the site. None of this information is associated with the individual User of the site and does not allow, in any case, for personal identification. No consent is required for this purpose.

  • Ancillary activities Sharing data with third parties performing necessary or instrumental functions for service executability (e.g., comment boxes) and allowing third parties to perform technical, logistical, and other activities on our behalf. Data Collected The site collects user data in two different ways:

Location of Processing The data is processed at the Data Controller's headquarters and at the Aruba web hosting data center, which acts as the data processor and processes data on behalf of the controller. Aruba is located in the European Economic Area and operates in compliance with European regulations.

Data Retention Period The data collected by the site during its operation will be kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. Upon expiration, the data will be deleted or anonymized unless there are additional purposes for their retention.

Data (IP address) used for site security purposes with the aim of preventing damage attempts to the site itself are kept for 30 days. Data used for analysis and statistics purposes are kept for 24 months.

Transfer of Data to Non-EU Countries This site may share some of the collected data with services located outside the European Union. In particular, with Google, Facebook, and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized based on specific decisions of the European Union and the Garante for the protection of personal data, especially decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield - here the Italian Garante's informative page), for which no further consent is required. The mentioned companies ensure their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

Transfer of Collected Data to Third Parties Data collected by the site is generally not provided to third parties, except in specific cases, such as: requests by judicial authorities and only in cases provided by law; when necessary for a specific service requested by the User; site security checks or improvements.

Security Measures User's personal data will be processed correctly and appropriately, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or unauthorized destruction of the data itself. Social Network Plugins This site also incorporates plugins and/or buttons to facilitate easy content sharing on visitors' preferred social networks. When visiting a page on our website that contains a plugin, your browser will directly connect to the servers of the social network where the plugin is loaded, which servers may track your visit to our website and associate it with your social network account, if applicable.
