Aruba is located in the European Economic Area and operates in compliance with European regulations.
Data Retention Period The data collected by the site during its operation will be kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. Upon expiration, the data will be deleted or anonymized unless there are additional purposes for their retention.
Data (IP address) used for site security purposes with the aim of preventing damage attempts to the site itself are kept for 30 days. Data used for analysis and statistics purposes are kept for 24 months.
Transfer of Data to Non-EU Countries This site may share some of the collected data with services located outside the European Union. In particular, with Google, Facebook, and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized based on specific decisions of the European Union and the Garante for the protection of personal data, especially decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield - here the Italian Garante's informative page), for which no further consent is required.
